SweGaN is developing well on both the customer and technology fronts. The company has been granted significant EU funding and intends to scale up its operations in terms of both personnel and equipment. LiU Invest is therefore making a follow-on investment, primarily together with existing investors and personnel.
Applications for the company’s technology are found in high-frequency and power applications such as 5G base stations, radar systems, inverters for solar power systems, and more.
