Cognible AI Sweden develops an AI-based solution that collects and structures control room operators' knowledge directly from their work in the control room, thereby building a domain-specific knowledge base that makes experience accessible to the entire organization.
The technology is based on multimodal data collection, combining and classifying information from operators and systems according to a research-based method, the Joint Control Framework (JCF). The result is an AI-based decision support system where operators can ask questions and receive context-based answers, like from a digital colleague available around the clock.
Cognible is a spin-off project from Linköping University, based on research in cognitive science, human-computer interaction, and AI-based decision support systems. The company was founded in 2023 by researchers Magnus Bång and Jonas Lundberg, together with doctoral student Gustaf Söderholm.
